Corner-Store Apartment

While at HK Architects, Petra was the design lead on an adaptive reuse project that turned an abandoned convenience store into a home, complete with a Palm Springs-inspired courtyard, gardens, and pool. Though ultimately unrealized, the proposal reimagined a mundane building as a stylish retreat for a modern family.
