Love Street Park

For Glass House Collective’s “Glass Street Gateway”, many local designers and artists collaborated on a temporary parklet designed to celebrate the neighborhood through art and gathering. The installation features creative seating, shade umbrellas, lighting, and native plants, with Petra from Good Stud.io leading the design of sculptural benches that spell out the word L-O-V-E. Functioning as both seating and statement, the large wooden letters became the heart of the space. The parklet was brought to life in Fall 2020 through a grand opening event featuring live music and art, transforming the street and parking lot into a welcoming hub that highlights the assets and spirit of the community.

This ‘temporary’ parklet is still in use as of August 2025.
