Dodds Avenue Townhomes

Dodds Avenue Townhomes was the first commissioned project for Good Stud.io after its founding, marking an important milestone for the studio. The development planned for seven 3-story, 2,400-square-foot homes, each with 3 bedrooms, 3-1/2 bathrooms, and a single car garage. Good Stud.io led the architecture and interior design, collaborated closely with structural and civil engineers, and guided the property through a zoning change to UGC. The project received its building permit in November 2024 and was scheduled for completion in April 2026, but was placed on hold in the summer of 2025 before construction could begin.
